Returns & Refunds Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Opened incense products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Please note there are no returns on Prabhupada's Letters. These are print-on-demand books and cannot be refunded.
How to Return an Item

Contact us at shop@gokula-incense.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.

Package the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item received).
Cancellation If you cancel your order, you will receive a full and prompt refund. However, most orders are dispatched within hours of receipt. If your order has already been mailed before cancellation, you may still return it for a refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
